Gala & Awards Dinners

The highlight of an organisations year or the flag ship event for an industry, the gala dinner is one event where nothing must be left to chance! The WMS team now have tried and tested procedures that ensure that from the moment the first champagne bottle is opened until the last limo departs your gala dinner is every bit the majestic occasion you wished it would be. The WMS team have managed dinners for less than 100 guests at the Ivy in London through to several hundred at the Ricoh Arena.

Our services include:

Contract negotiation, accommodation reservations, site visits with client, preparation of budgets and event timelines, collation and circulation of sponsorship information packs, organise AV requirements, selection of venues for dinner, distribution of initial announcement to potential guests, preparation of programme with client and event stationery.

Conference & Exhibitions

WMS will discuss your conference and/ or exhibition requirements with you in detail, and then come back with a design and theme for the event that will be appropriate to audience, your organisation and most importantly your budget. WMS can manage and organise a little or a lot of your event depending on your requirements. Services include: Conference organisation, conference marketing, finance & project management, venue and accommodation finding, supplier co-ordination.

Meetings & Training Events

Meetings and training events are an essential part of a professional organisations operation; our expertise can help make these important windows to your organisation run as smoothly as possible with our one stop management solution. Our team of experienced and friendly events management staff will arrange everything from delegates and speakers travel to the location through to feedback assessment.

With the WMS team taking care of the arrangements you've got more time to talk to delegates and create new business opportunities. Services include: Venue sourcing and visits with client, preparation of budgets, preparation of programme & co-ordinating AV requirements, speaker invitations and organisation, delegate database management including confirmation letters and badges, processing all payments, sending out invoices and receipts, production of name badges, delegate lists and certificates of attendance.
